3-8-2013 – Patrolman Joseph DiParisi charged Tony Williams, 43, of Chatham with driving under the influence.

The charge stems from Patrolman DiParisi checking on a parked vehicle on Martin’s Lane at 3:50 AM. As the officer approached the vehicle to check if the driver needed assistance, the driver accelerated in between the police car and the officer.
