• 69 Winchip Road in Berkeley Heights, a colonial home with four bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, sold for $949,000.

• 171 Chipmunk Hill in Mountainside, a split-level home with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, sold for $480,000.

• 274 Friar Lane in Mountainside, a ranch home with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, sold for $525,000.

• 1025 Summit Lane in Mountainside, a colonial, contemporary home with 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, sold for $550,000.

There were not any homes sold in New Providence this week.
