 al thousand unserviceable flags in a memorable service at the Post Home 
 on Elkwood Avenue in New Providence.&nbsp\; The ceremonies will start pr
 omptly at 7:00 PM and conclude at approximately 8:00 PM.&nbsp\; This is 
 a rain or shine event. Seating is provided for those requiring it\, howe
 ver\, personal rain gear is recommended (weather dependent)&nbsp\;as the
  proceedings are held&nbsp\;outdoors to accomodate the open conflagratio
