After much anticipation, groundbreaking has begun on Foley Square at Murray Hill; a new community of 22 distinguished townhouse condominiums to be built in the Murray Hill section of New Providence and offered from $699,000. Developers are currently at the demolition stage, with the first five units expected for delivery in Spring 2013.
 
Michele DiBenedetto, sales associate with the New Providence Office of Prudential New Jersey Properties and listing agent for Foley Square at Murray Hill, is now accepting $2,500 nonbinding reservation agreements. Each reservation secures a property for the buyer but does not contractually obligate the buyer to purchase the unit. Once the initial five properties are sold, construction on the remaining units will follow.
 
“An interesting and customizable aspect of these units is that the developers are offering pre-construction specifics for kitchen tile, cabinets, and even personal elevators are several other flexible options to the buyer,” says DiBenedetto.
 
The architect on Foley Square at Murray Hill is Karen Luongo, of Kapascinki-Luongo Architects, who has kept traditional to the colonial style of New Providence. “There was no better architect for this project,” says DiBenedetto. “Karen’s work reflects the integrity of the community and her design sense is impeccable.  With her office so close to the building site, Karen can oversee development from her window and I know she’s eager to see her design realized.”
