Classic Car Show Attracts Local Car Enthusiasts

Corvettes, antique cars, and everything in between were featured at the fifth annual show this Sunday, sponsored by the Community Service Association and New Providence Business and Professional Association.

The Community Service Association and the New Providence Business and Professional Association held their fifth annual Classic Car Show on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Academy Street. The free family-friendly event also featured motorcycles for the first time.

Diane Wolfe of the CSA said all proceeds from the event will benefit the CSA. The non-profit organization, started in the 1950s, helps families in need. A case worker, the group's only paid employee, provides assistance to those who are struggling due to loss of a job, illness or other unplanned circumstances.  The family remains anonymous throughout the process. The program is currently part of the United Way.

Check out our video from the show, featuring comments from car enthusiasts who attended the event.
