Local Kids Featured in Upcoming Front & Center Shows
42nd Street to feature talented Springfield youth.
Berkeley Heights and New Providence students are slapping on their dancing shoes.
From Friday, Jan. 25 through Sunday, Jan. 27, Front & Center for Performing Arts presents the classic song and dance-fest 42nd Street at the Ridge Performing Arts Center in Basking Ridge on 268 South Finley Avenue.
Based on a 1933 film musical 42nd Street is a big, bold musical about fresh performers chasing their dreams on Broadway.

Front & Center’s talented Junior and Senior Performing Arts Company's will perform 42nd Street on Friday, January 25 at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 28 at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, Jan.29, at 1:30 p.m.
This year’s show, produced by Page O’Connor, with artistic direction by Renee Palermo, and choreography by Julie Lira, features 82 of Front & Center’s young performers ranging in age from 6 to 18. Tickets are $20 and $25 and can be purchased online at www.ridgepac.com. They can also be purchased at the door.
