Foley Square Townhomes Already Being Sold

New development expected to be completed by December.

Several new townhome units in the Foley Square at Murray Hill development have been sold with expectations that construction will be complete by December.

Sale of the 22 townhomes on South Street is being handled by the New Providence branch of Prudential New Jersey Properties, according to the Alternative Press.

“We’ve already sold a few units,” sales associate Michele DiBenedetto told the Alternative Press.

Pricing begins at $649,990, and six different layouts are available among the future townhome community. Features include finished basements, two-car garages, hardwood floors, optional personal elevators, gourmet kitchens and more.
