Mountainside's Children’s Specialized Hospital Gets New Board Member

Kenneth Lane, president of BASF's global catalysts division, was appointed to the seat for a three-year term.

The Children's Specialized Hospital Foundation Board of Trustees appointed a new member to its ranks: Kenneth Lane, president of BASF’s global catalysts division, who will serve for the next three years.

Prior to his present position at BASF, Lane served as senior vice president, BASF Isocyanates Europe, based in BrusselsBelgium. In this role he was accountable for a $2 billion business whose operations span Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He joined the company in 2006, and, in the years since, has held senior-level management and strategic marketing positions in the U.S. and Europe.

“We’re so excited that Mr. Lane has joined our Board of Trustees and can share his expertise in strategic marketing with us,” said Philip Salerno III, the foundation's president and chief development officer.
