Ashley began her practice of yoga to compliment her love of running, gaining better flexibility and strength, but it has since developed into a lifestyle. She received her 200 Hour certification through Yoga Manjari, a Yoga Alliance Registered School. Influenced by the power of movement and music, and her athletic background as a Division I Lacrosse player, Ashley will be rolling out the SSF-Yoga program with its first offering called “Power Hour Vinyasa”.  This is a style of yoga that focuses on connecting one breath with one movement.  This class will provide an increase in strength, agility, balance and flexibility leading to improved athletic performance and gains.  The benefits of this class is that students will move, breathe and sweat, leaving class with a clearer mind and greater focus
