Fisher & Phillips Welcomes David Lichtenberg to New Jersey Office as Partner

MURRAY HILL, N.J., February 19, 2014 – Fisher & Phillips LLP announced today that David B. Lichtenberg has joined the firm’s Murray Hill office as a partner. Lichtenberg was previously Of Counsel in the Morristown office of Jackson Lewis.  

Lichtenberg brings 17 years of employment law knowledge, including significant litigation experience in state and federal court, to Fisher & Phillips. In addition to his litigation practice and daily counsel of clients, he has appeared before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and various agencies in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Outside the office, Lichtenberg serves as Vice President of Legislation for the Morris County Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management.

Lichtenberg earned his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.A. from Union College.
