JAG Physical Therapy Expands Into New York City, Opening Madison Avenue Facility!

Nationally renowned physical therapist, athletic trainer and native New Yorker, John Gallucci Jr., set to open JAG Physical Therapy’s eighth facility on Madison Avenue in Manhattan

 

West Orange, NJ (January 13, 2014) – JAG Physical Therapy, a comprehensive outpatient orthopedic sport physical therapy company, is proud to announce the opening of their newest facility in New York City, bringing JAG Physical Therapy’s one of a kind, care-first model of rehabilitation to midtown Manhattan.  The state-of-the-art physical therapy facility is set to open on January 20, 2014 and will be located at 274 Madison Avenue, New York, New York.
