Berkeley Heights Announces Winter Programs

From kids to adults, there's something for everyone.

The Berkeley Heights Recreation Department is excited to offer a full schedule of winter programs meeting the needs and interests of both residents and non-residents of all ages.

Their “tried and true” pre-school, after-school and weekend youth programs will continue in either the Community Center, Hughes School or the MKM Early Childhood Center.

These include lunch bunch, wee-play, fun & games, creative movement, fine arts, Irish step, chess, all sports, cheerleading, ball hockey, basketball, gymnastics and table tennis.

A wide variety of morning and evening adult fitness programs will also be held in the Community Center all with accompanying child care.

Rev up your fitness routine with Body Blast & Sculpting, Strength Training, Butts & Guts, Pilates, Yoga and Zumba to name a few.

New for this winter is the “unlimited” fitness option; don’t let finding the time to exercise stress you out! With unlimited access to 19 fitness programs you’ll have the flexibility you need to get fit on your own schedule.
