Video Highlights: Berkeley Heights Council Vote Stops BAC Expansion Plans

In a stunning decision, the Berkeley Heights Township Council voted 5 to 1 to block an attempt by the Berkeley Aquatic Center to gain access to the township sewage lines for the proposed 51,000 square foot facility to be built in the town of Warren.
