Best Friend Dog & Animal Adoption Inc., a non-profit, all-volunteer organization, will host a Dog Adoption at Reigning Cats & Dogs Salon today from 1 to 4 p.m. The salon is located at 302 South Avenue E in Westfield, across from Harmon shopping center.
