Five Things You Need to Know Today, June 20

Benefit sale, meditation and local meeting fill the bill.

On this date in history, June 20th, Saab rolled out their first automobile in 1947, while history was made in Major league Baseball when 15-year-old Joe Nuxhall took the field as the youngest players ever to suit up and in 1977, Apple shipped its first Apple II.

Here are a few things happening today around our area.

1. There will be a Volunteers Guild Benefit Sale at Runnells Specialized Hospital today.  The sale will be held between 9:00am and 3:30pm and will be held in the main hospital at 40 Watchung Way.
