Tea & Strings Event at Hetfield House

Event to be held May 1st.

The Mountainside Historic Preservation Committee will host its annual Tea & Strings event on Sunday, May 1, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at the historic Deacon
Andrew Hetfield House.

For the past 4 years, Tea & Strings has become an annual tradition for
many who enjoy a civilized afternoon of fine tea and classical music. This year, the live music will be performed by “The Workshop Strings” who are affiliated with the Westfield Workshop for the Arts.

Visitors can come and go as they wish during this two hour event. The 18th century historic Hetfield House provides the perfect setting for enjoying a hot or iced cup of tea and home-baked sweets while listening to soothing classical music and partaking in stimulating conversation.
