The Week Ahead: Superintendent Forum, Career Workshop, Ebay Demo

Plus, the library will screen a movie on Tuesday and the Farmers Market Citizens Advisory Committee is seeking your ideas.

1. The will screen the movie "The Ides of March" (2011) Rated R, on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. For more information, visit newprovidencelibrary.org.

2. Superintendent of Schools Dr. David Miceli will host a Superintendent Forum this Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the / Media Center. Miceli will address the community about the school district's Facilities, Budget, Technology and Curriculum. All are welcome to attend.

and Long Hill Chapel are hosting a 10-week workshop called Career Directions, which is intended for those who are currently out of work, those considering a career change and anyone just entering the job market. This week's seminar session, which will be held on Wednesday from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Presbyterian Church, is called Marketing Campaign — Job Search Resources and Networking. 4. The will host an event, "Selling on Ebay," on Wednesday at 7 p.m. There will be a demonstration of the best techniques for selling on Ebay, which is free and open to all.

5. The New Providence Farmers Market Citizens Advisory Committee is currently seeking ideas, recommendations and suggestions from community members about the , which is typically held every Wednesday from June through October.
