• The New Providence Alliance will host their monthly meeting at the tonight from 7 to 8 p.m. The Alliance plans to review and plan various events for the year ahead, intended to raise awareness about drug abuse and underage drinking.

• The is hosting a Valentine’s Luncheon and Party from noon to 3 p.m. The cost is $13 per person.

Thursday

• The girls’ freshman basketball team will play at Union High School, beginning at 4 p.m.
• The will host the Thursday Morning Book Club to discuss The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein. Led by Library Assistance Carol Hance, the meeting begins at 10:30 a.m. All are welcome.

Friday

• The boys’ basketball teams will play at Caldwell High School today. Freshman will play at 4 p.m., junior varsity will begin at 5:30 p.m. and varsity will compete at 7 p.m.
• The boys’ and girls’ varsity winter track teams will compete in the State Group I Championships in Toms River, beginning at 4 p.m.
• The varsity wrestling team will compete at the District 12 Tournament at 6 p.m.

Saturday

• The boys’ basketball teams will host Somerville High School today. Freshman play at 10 a.m., junior varsity will begin at 11:30 a.m. and the varsity team will play at 1 p.m.
• The varsity wrestling team will compete at the District 12 Tournament at 10 a.m.

Sunday

• As the No. 2 seed, the girls’ varsity basketball team will compete at Rahway in the Union County Tournament. The time and the opponent are TBA.
