Thursday Morning Meditation & Spiritual Development Class

The practice of meditation allows for peace even amongst the chaos. This class is ongoing so you can develop a strong practice for healing.

This class includes a ”coming to sit” meditation based on mindfulness-based practices, movement and a guided meditation for healing and to help remind you of your true and Divine Nature.

Mindfulness meditation trains the mind to be calm in the midst of external chaos, so that the way you be in the world is the meditation.
Movement is based on GiGong, Tai Chi and yoga practices which help relax the nervous system and bring the energy that flows through you to balance.
Guided meditation uses the intuitive, creative part of the mind to bring healing on all layers of your being: physical, mental/emotional and spiritual. Click to listen to a meditation from a previous class
