Kayla’s Creative Art Studio is Central New Jersey’s destination for the ultimate paint and sip experience! 

Put your last predictable bar, club, or café experience behind you. Whether it’s a Ladies’ night out, date night, bachelorette party, bridal shower, fundraiser, corporate team building event, children’s party, or some other desire to have fun, Kayla’s will give you and your fellow revelers a unique, relaxing, and intimate artistic experience with which no other venue can compare.

At Kayla’s, all the materials are provided for you from acrylic paint to corkscrews, as well as a creative place to relax and decompress.  All you provide is you.  You don’t have to be the next Andy Warhol or Picasso to enjoy yourself at Kayla’s. A simple wish to experience the creative process of developing art is the only prerequisite to a great time. Your class, party, or event will be led by Kayla’s talented team of art instructors, who instruct (and entertain) at the studio for 2-3 hour classes. Offsite Parties Available.

Who is Kayla’s?

Kayla’s is owned and operated by Sheri and Jim Shea.  Sheri Levine-Shea, a local Berkeley Heights mother, lawyer and former Fortune 500 corporate officer for over fifteen years, always loved the arts.  Not inclined to abandon her day job and hole up in a studio all day passionately creating future Rembrandts  she considered how she could pair this passion for the arts with her love of spending quality time with good friends.

While she enjoyed her work, she bid goodbye to Corporate America to put her passion to light in Kayla’s.  Sheri designed Central New Jersey’s ultimate paint and sip studio as a place where moms, dads, workers, families, friends, and the community could come to enjoy art in a relaxing and visually appealing environment away from home.  The feel at Kayla’s, however, is not that of your typical art studio. Don’t expect paint splatters and crafts to litter the décor. Expect a Soho feel and ambience that will dazzle. Kayla’s represents an escape from everyday life and lets the paint, people, and passion take you away to an eminently more relaxing place.
