Rampant Lion Pipe Band Foundation Hosts Fundraiser on Sept. 26th – The 2013 Tartan Golf Outing
There are only few weeks left, but there’s still time to join the fun on Thursday, September 26th, at the 2013 Tartan Golf Outing hosted by the RLPB Foundation of NJ, Inc. at Fox Hollow Golf Club in Branchburg, NJ. This nonprofit fundraiser offers opportunities for sponsorship, donation and participation in a glorious day of golf and more in support of the Rampant Lion Pipe Band, a local community organization based in the Basking Ridge area that offers quality instruction in the cultural traditions of Highland bagpipe and drum music for both children and adults. Funds raised at this event will enable the band to provide instruments and uniforms to its members.
The Tartan Golf Outing will kick off at 11:30 am with a BBQ lunch and the Shotgun Scramble at 12:30 pm. Golfers will encounter several challenging contests and rewards as well as a few surprises throughout the course, and then finish the day with a cocktail hour and buffet dinner in the lovely Fox Hollow Clubhouse Restaurant overlooking the course. Admission is $250. per golfer/ $1000. per foursome, or $60. for dinner only, and all donations are tax deductible (RLPB Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization).
