Health Screenings with Overlook Hospital at Mountainside Public Library

Health Screenings with Overlook Hospital will be offered at Mountainside Public Library on 06/17/2011.  The screening will be for sun exposure and will be held between 10:00am - 12:00pm. 

Space is limited.  You must book your exact appointment time with the Community Health Department of Overlook Hospital:  1-800-247-9580.  Appointments will be scheduled for between 10 am - 12 noon on the above dates. 

Drop-ins will be accommodated only if the schedule permits, so be sure to make your appointment and arrive on time.
