LOVE IS A WARM PUPPY AND VALENTINE’S SAVINGS AT THE BEST FRIEND THRIFT SHOP

Best Friend Dog and Animal Adoption will have a 30% off Valentine’s day sale at the thrift store Tues. Feb. 8th thru Tues. Feb. 15th. However, if you donate food for our foster pets (min. 6 cans of cat or dog wet food, or 1 bag of dry) you will receive an additional 30% off. The store is located at 1750 E. Second Street, Scotch Plains and is open from 10:30 to 4:30 everyday except Sunday and Monday.

The Best Friend Rescue group is a not for profit organization run solely by volunteers.  You can find many one of a kind items, small furniture, jewelry, collectibles, books, and knick knacks.  We currently have for sale homemade treats for your dogs. We have a new vintage clothing section.  In addition we have Snoopy items and Precious Moments dolls and statues. Come in and shop and help make our foster pets Valentine’s Day special.

Happiness is a warm puppy and a purring lap cat!

Volunteers are always needed in the thrift shop. We also desperately need foster homes for our cats. Please help us to continue to save lives and give the gift of life to an unfortunate animal waiting to be rescued. Just imagine being cold, hungry and having no shelter.  This is what many of the animals are faced with in the winter months.  On top of that add illness and disease. With Spring just around the corner, a new wave of kittens will be born.  Many will die simply because there is no one to take care of them.

Help an unfortunate animal find love and a forever home.  Visit and support the resale shop.  WE NEED YOU to continue our life saving mission. For more information call 732-388-8930 or visit our pets waiting for their forever home at www.bestfriend.petfinder.com.  Tax deductible donations are urgently needed and much appreciated by the group.  It can be sent to PO BOX 335, Cranford NJ 07016.
