The Toms River Council has decided it can no longer pay health benefits for part-time employees of the township, all council members our part-time employees of the township, but three council members refuse to give up their health benefits which cost the township approximately $57,000 a year, for three part-time Councilman, I believe what is good for the goose is good for the gander
