Mountainside Man Arrested for Possession of Marijuana

The following information was provided by the Scotch Plains Police Department.

Mountainside resident, Timothy Byrne, 33, was arrested by a Scotch Plains Police Officer for possession of Marijuana. The Marijuana was observed by the officer once he had pulled Byrne over for a motor vehicle violation on Victor Street. He was arrested and transported to H.Q. where he was processed and released.
