Why do people have to be so mean ? A man is in the hospital from crossing a street , the driver that hit him probably feels awful , as does the the driver that stopped for him . And who knows exactly what happened ? Why would anyone say anything nasty when someone just got HIT BY A CAR!!

When a driver in the lane next to you has slowed down or come to a stop, a responsible driver approaching in an adjoining lane should consider that there might be a good reason for that and approach with caution. The driver failed to do so. He was not paying attention to his environment. Drivers Ed 101.

The only way you will probably get a reply from the Mayor of Westfield is if there is an opportunity to get his photo in the papers!!!!

How many people have we seen jaywalking in town to get to Vicky's , Panera, etc? They are not crossing at the corner, what are you suppose to do when they dart out in traffic? You cannot hit them.

That Dudley/clark intersection surprises me. I have come close to hitting people there. Very dark AND it is the corner the middle school is on. You would think that they would light that up better with all of the kids there
