Three Woman Charged After Threatening Resident, Damaging BMW

All three were charged with criminal mischief. One woman was also charged with terroristic threats. A court date is pending.

On July 25, Detective Bubb charged three women after a lengthy investigation into a report of more than $4,500 worth of damage done to a 2011 BMW belonging to a resident of Springfield Avenue. 

The resident also reported that she had received threatening and harassing text messages and phone calls from the same individuals that damaged her vehicle.

Ana Branco, 29, of Elizabeth was charged with criminal mischief and terroristic threats. 

Christina Nunes, 28, of Union and Stephanie Bustillo, 26, of Harrison were charged with criminal mischief.

All three were released after being processed with a pending court date.
