BH Planning Board to Discuss Additional Parking Areas for Summit Medical Group

On the agenda for the Feb. 20 planning board meeting is the application to construct off-street parking areas and drainage facilities on the property of Summit Medical Group.

The Berkeley Heights planning board will meet on Feb. 20 at 7:30 p.m. and review the application to construct additional parking at Summit Medical Group.

Summit Medical Group is seeking the approval of construction of off-street grade-level parking and drainage facilities on their property at One Diamond Hill Road, according to the planning board agenda.

Additionally, if required by the board, they also will be looking to obtain a waiver from the township on the number of tree replacements (in coordination with the Chapter 12.16 ordinance).

The planning board will also be discussing a proposed awning for Delicious Heights and approve the minutes of the Feb. 6 meeting.
