Flu Shots Offered by Westfield Health Dept.
Medicare B and various insurance accepted; $15 cash payment if no insurance.
The Westfield Regional Health Department offers three flu shot sessions for residents of New Providence, Mountainside, Cranford, Fanwood, Garwood, Roselle Park, Summit and Westfield.
The flu shot clinics will be held as follows:
- 6 to 7:30 p.m., Sept. 25, Westfield Municipal Building, 425 E. Broad St., Westfield;
- 6 to 7:30 p.m. Sept. 26, Garwood Fire House, 415 South Ave., Garwood;
- 10 a.m. to noon, Oct. 1, Senior Citizens Center, 15 E. 4th St., New Providence.
There is a $15 cash fee for anyone who does not have Medicare B or the following insurance carriers: Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Medicaid or United Healthcare.
