- 155 Lawrence Drive, Berkeley Heights: four-bedroom bi-level, listed at $649,000 and sold for $618,000 after 91 days on the market
- 25 Oakwood Drive, New Providence: five-bedroom Colonial, listed at $1,175,000 and sold for $1,164,000 after 324 days on the market
- 38 Darby Court, New Providence: six-bedroom Colonial, listed at $1,695,000 and sold for $1,590,000 after 257 days on the market
