Community Wellness Fair at Berkeley Heights YMCA

The Berkeley Heights YMCA along with its community partner the Berkeley Heights Public Library is hosting a Community Wellness Fair on Saturday, May 19 2012 from 11:00am-3:00pm at the Berkeley Heights YMCA, 550 Springfield Avenue.

This is a free community event for adults and families which will bring more awareness to the many wellness options available in the community.

Participants include:
NuSkin Enterprises
Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter
Respira Salt Wellness Center
Board Certified Art Therapist
Dr. DeFabio, spine and sports Rehabilitation
Summit medical Group
Berkeley Heights Public Library
LaLeche League of Berkeley Heights

Wellness Lectures
12:30 to 1:00 pm, So you think you are ready for a dog, Abby Berenbak
1:30 -2:30 pm, 5 Factors of Wellness, Dr.DeFabio

Activities
11:15 am to 12:00 pm, TaiChi
12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, Yoga
1:30 pm to  2:30 pm, Reiki
