In this interactive workshop, led by Certified Health Counselor Marsha Abramson, you will:
- Discover why dieting is not a successful weight loss strategy
- Learn how to lose weight without weighing your food, using a scale or dieting
- Hear about the physical and emotional effects of stress on the body
- Find out how to gain more energy and breathe easier
- Learn practical tips that can provide permanent value throughout your life
- Be able to share your personal dieting history and get feedback (Q & A)
- Experience a few minutes of salt therapy
