United Nations Nongovernmental Organization Briefing, “The Transatlantic Slave Trade: Honoring the Heroes, Resistors and Survivors”

In observance of International Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Slavery and Transatlantic Slave Trade (March 25), there will be a lecture held. FDU participation will be facilitated by global learning and the briefing will be sponsored by the Department of Public Information, United Nations. If there is sufficient interest, Zhaobo (Bob) Wang, operations management, will be available to accompany groups from both campuses with transportation provided. A pass in necessary and must be requested one week prior to briefing.
