Pioneers Compete in Track Championships

Price wins 1600 and Ricks scores second in shot put.

Day 1 of the Central Jersey Group 1 Track Championships saw the Pioneers win five medals.

Everett Price won the 1600 in a wire-to-wire victory with a time of 4:22.17.

Madison Ricks placed second in the shot put with a throw of 35-feet 3/4-inch.

Caitlin Toner was third in the girls 1600m with a time of 5:27.85.

PJ Vigilante was fifth in the javelin with a throw of 152-feet 2-inches and Nicole Aneiros placed fifth in the high jump as she cleared 4-feet 10-inches.
