Community Update
I have shopped at this establishment for several years and was satisfied with the service and products -- until today. About a month or so I went into the store to purchase Oil of Morocco. The saleswoman suggested I try another product instead of the oil. I did. Unfortunately, the product did not work well for me. Today, I went to return the item in exchange for the product I originally sought to purchase. The manager refused to accept it because she could not get her money back from the manufacturer. I asked her to reconsider as a gesture of good will, especially since I purchased the item based solely on her employee's recommendation. She refused. I left the item on her counter and then I left the store. I will not return but will spend my money and time at an establishment that values customer service.
