18-Month Old Great Pyrenees Belle Needs a Home

If you're looking to give an adorable pet friend a home this weekend, look no further. Each week we'll highlight some of the many available pooches currently in foster homes through Home For Good, a non-profit dog rescue based in Summit, and through St. Hubert's Animal Shelter in Madison. Home For Good

  • Cher: Cher is a one-year-old Collie Mix. Cher loves people and want to be with them as much as possible both big and small! She is a loyal, sweet girl who loves hugs, kisses and belly rubs.
  • Belle: Belle is a 1 1/2 year-old Great Pyrenees. Belle is very gentle and great with other dogs and children. She knows how to walk on a leash and to sit!
  • Jeremy: Jeremy is a one-year-old Lab/Hound Mix. He is a very sweet boy who likes everyone! He loves to be with people and loves kids of ALL ages.
  • Tabby: Tabby is an eight-month-old Shepherd mix. Tabby was rescued along with her littermates at the young age of 3 weeks. The whole group was pulled from underneath an old, abandoned house. Tabby is a sweet girl, but a little shy when first meeting.

  • Buddy: Buddy is a very handsome 1 1/2 year old American Eskimo dog who is full of spunk! To say he has lots of energy would be an understatement, so he really needs a family who will be able to give him plenty of room to run and play.
  • Leon is a hound/terrier mix with lots of affection
  • Mischief is a foxy three-year-old Calico. She enjoys company and being held. Mischief is a cool, laid back gal.
  • Michelle: Michelle is a one-year-old terrier mix. She is a very energetic and very exuberant. She loves attention and loves to run and play. She gets along with everyone–adults, kids, dogs and cats. Michelle will need training in both housebreaking and basic obedience. She will also need lots of exercise to stay happy, healthy and out of mischief. She is best suited for an active family who has lots of time to include me in their lives.
  • Magnet: Magnet is a three-month-old kitten who is quite frightened to be at the shelter. She needs lots of love and reassurance that her life is going to get lots better in a nice, new, quiet home.
