The Friends of the library will host Natural Foods Nutrition and Cooking at 2 p.m. Sept. 22.
Join Karen Feldman, a registered nurse, certified health coach, and certified natural foods chef/educator will lead a discussion about the benefits of a natural foods lifestyle and how to incorporate these foods simply and deliciously for optimal health. Light refreshments will be served.
