I have tried 4 or 5 times to get through to these people the kind of haircut I had one problem once in my life having had hundreds of cuts. Here they failed 4 out of five times. I give up, they don't understand English or
they do not ask enough questions if they don't understand what you have said. This is not worth anywhere near the price they charge which is $5 more than a competitor I have used who is flawless. Unfortunately the competition has 45 minute to two hour waits, this one is empty often. Worst haircut ever, 4 times....enough.
