Don't use this company.... Dishonest and does not stand by there work.. There are plenty of honest auto repair establishments right in new providence. Since there was a request for details... Here are the bullet points
* I bought a high end tire and within 12 months & 6,000 mi it had a bubble in the sidewall
* I went to ask for warranty replacement. I was told there was NO warranty and I needed to pay for full replacement
* I called Tire manufacturer and was told that was not true and there was a 1yr road hazard plus 6 yr manufacturer defect warranty
*still NPT would not honor and tire manufacturer sent me to another tire dealer up the street and they honored the warranty even though i bought the tire from NPT ....
If anyone would like to see the documentation in regard to the proof of this i will be happy to furnish for your reading pleasure along with the better business bureau and division of consumer affairs.
