Berkeley Heights resident elected to Board of Trustees of ANJEC
Environmental group welcomes Leonard Berkowitz to its Board.
Berkeley Heights resident Leonard Berkowitz was elected to the Board of Trustees of the Association of NJ Environmental Commissions (ANJEC) at the organization’s 39th annual Environmental Congress on Saturday, Oct. 20, at Middlesex County College, the environmental group announced in a press release. A retired technology vice president for the Exxon Chemical Company, Berkowitz studied chemical engineering at Polytechnic University and MIT. For the last four years, he has co-chaired the Berkeley Heights Environmental Commission, a commission he has been a member of for 12.
