AGENDA WORK SESSION MARCH 5, 2013 In compliance with Chapter 231, OPEN PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT of the State of New Jersey, adequate notice has been given to all members of the Governing Body, the “Local Source” and the "Westfield Leader" the two newspapers designated to receive such notice. The notice is posted on the Borough Hall bulletin board.

On Feb. 19 the Berkeley Heights council will meet in the municipal building at 7 p.m. The council will review a resolution to approve the $277,782.72 bill list, a resolution to approve the planning board examine if the municipal complex is a redevelopment area and other resolutions pertaining to professional services. The Township Council voted to remove Township Administrator Amey Upchurch from her post at tonight's meeting, effective immediately. As the motion was made without citing cause, the Township will have to pay Upchurch 3 months' worth of her salary - a minimum of $30,250 ($121,000 divided by 4 ).
