More than 250 students in the Class of 2012 graduated from Governor Livingston High School on Tuesday night. At the beginning of the fifty second commencement ceremony, the Governor Livingston Concert Band performed "Olympic Fanfare and Theme" by Curnow. The Governor Livingston Bagpipes performed "Rowan Tree" during the Academic Procession, while the Concert Band performed "Highland Cathedral" by Ulrich Roever and "Pomp and Circumstance" by Elgar during the Processional. The Governor Livingston Choir also sang the National Anthem. Principal Scott McKinney gave the welcoming address and later addressed the students of the Class of 2012 after Superintendent Judith Rattner delivered her speech.
