NP Police Department Receives CAU's Citizen of the Year Award
Community Access Unlimited, an organization that supports people with special needs in our community, honored the department for their service during the October snowstorm.
Community Access Unlimited (CAU), a human services agency that supports people with special needs, presented the New Providence Police Department with the 2012 Citizen of the Year Award for their service and commitment during the October 2011 snowstorm. When the snowstorm left the CAU program without power for almost a week, the New Providence Police Department made sure that their members were warm and safe.
