On Feb. 19 the Berkeley Heights council will meet in the municipal building at 7 p.m. The council will review a resolution to approve the $277,782.72 bill list, a resolution to approve the planning board examine if the municipal complex is a redevelopment area and other resolutions pertaining to professional services. Also at the meeting, seven consent agenda items will be voted on as a whole. Check the photos for a full look of the Feb. 19 Public Meeting agenda.
The Borough will review an ordinance regarding membership fees for use of the community pool, as well as an ordinance fixing salary ranges for certain municipal employees.

The Township Council voted to remove Township Administrator Amey Upchurch from her post at tonight's meeting, effective immediately. As the motion was made without citing cause, the Township will have to pay Upchurch 3 months' worth of her salary - a minimum of $30,250 ($121,000 divided by 4 ).
