Westfield's Tim Carroll to Compete in Reebok CrossFit Regionals
Carroll will face some of the strongest and most in shape men in the world competing at the 2012 North East Regionals.
Lifelong Westfield resident and local trainer Tim Carroll heads to Boston this Memorial Day weekend to compete in 2012 North East Reebok CrossFit Regionals. He placed 8th in the 2011 North East Regional. Carroll will face some of the strongest and most in shape men in the world competing at the 2012 North East Regionals. “I like competing, I like getting out there and testing my ability,” said Carroll, owner of CrossFit 908 in Berkley Heights, where he does all of his training. “A mixture of power lifting, olympic weightlifting, and endurance training were my focus this past year."
