There is a force that has loved you awake today. This force loves you enough to have your heart beating, blood pumping, body sitting, eyes seeing, and mind reading these words.

This force is like the sun that never stops shining. Always available, offering itself unconditionally not asking anything from you in return. Imagine now being outside, face turned towards the sun soaking it in, you are peace, you are joy, you are harmony. And then a cloud comes, more clouds, a storm even, and now all you can see and sense are the clouds. In that moment you forget that beyond the clouds the sun still unconditionally shines.

The clouds could be a headache, a heartache, a job turned sour, a kid not behaving the way you want, or it could be a big label diagnosis. And still, as you read these words, the sun shines.

Healing is the releasing of fear-based limiting beliefs.
