In response to D. Legassi, Patch.com is a great community resource and tool. While it is not meant to be better (or worse) than your other mediums of information, I believe that is a great one-stop shop targeting what is going on in your own back yard. You are able filter information by individualy communities and only ready about those you may have an interest in. For me personally, it is a wonderful tool to utilize especially if you want to stay informed but don't have a lot of extra time to read long articles. It all comes down to your personal preferences, but for me Patch allows me to stay connected to my community in a fast, fun and easy way.

I use to live in Roslindale but moved to Florida over 5 years ago and I still dream of the pumpkin ravioli from Delfino's when in season along with their lobster ravioli. Asbolutely delish!
