Lesl Harker, Neighbor

Lesl Harker is an Irish Traditional Music instructor, certified by the Royal Irish Academy of Music, Dublin, Ireland. She spent over a decade with National Heritage Fellow Mike Rafferty, and serves as flute master for the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Arts Councils. She has moved to the Hershey, Pennsylvania area, but still accepts virtual students (advanced beginner on up) from NJ and elsewhere.
