4 Pounds of Pot Found in Car Driven by Berkeley Heights Man, Report Says

Local resident arrested in Iowa.

A Berkeley Heights man was arrested Sunday after the vehicle he was in was found to contain four pounds of marijuana.

Christian Bruno of Berkeley Heights lost control of the car he was driving in Sheffield, Iowa, and hit a house, according to a report by globegazette.com.

Police found more than four pounds of marijuana inside the vehicle, the report said.

Bruno was charged with failure to maintain control and failure to obey a stop sign.

Passenger Fabrice Emogene, also of New Jersey, was charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, failure to affix a drug tax stamp and possession of drug paraphernalia, the report said.
